This evening I did:
Juice & Toya - 30 Minute Full Body Beginner Dumbbell Workout [With Modifications]

Pretty much a shorter version of the workout I did on Monday, but I don't mind. Only modified doing alternate Arnold and Military Press - and I prefer stationary lunges to alternating. With any luck I'll fit another workout in before Saturday.

The weather was beautiful today so we went for a nice hour long walk and picked up some things. Got some mini ice cream sticks as well so of course we had one each on the way back. Such a 'summer' thing to do and I don't need asking twice. I swear hubby is trying to sabotage all my efforts to lose weight - and at the moment I'm letting him, but I need to start clamping down on that again some time.

Bought a nice pair of jeans at a charity shop for £3,50. Quite happy that they're not 'skinny' or 'jeggings'. It's my second pair of size 14 pants I've gotten in the UK and I don't mind the size too much. I would love to get down to 12 or 10 again, but right now I'm just glad they're comfortable - and I'm not back to size 16/18. It does give me a bit of a push to try a bit harder though, but as much as I think 'next week/month I'll do better' it just hasn't worked for quite some time now. I have an incentive of a trip to see family in June so that would give me 2 months to shift some kg's, but will that be enough? Let's hope so!

Awww! I'm happy you had a nice walk with your man! Summerish days are so lovely. We had the warmest day and sunshine yesterday. I had to work, but it was still lovely to see! You are always keeping track and working on your focus! I'm sure having something to look forward to in order to help with your commitment will be great. Good luck! Have a good rest of your week!
