Not happy with the scale, but I am happy that I've at least kept up my exercise this week. Managed 4 hours although I've been stressed with work until yesterday. Will try to have a relaxed weekend. Not tracking for now - just feel a bit tired of it all and want to see what happens if I just try to eat sensibly without weighing everything all the time. And considering we've had macaroni cheese three times this week I guess it's not the end of the world. Maybe salads and less carbs again next week though - last push before the silly season.
