Waffle! Yolks to the dogs. Easy, because I overcooked them which I don't like and they pop out really easily. Longer walk last night, but forgot to turn on the watch for the first 1/2 mile. It was pretty much the same route as the night before, so we'll call it 3.5 miles. Pushing on with life, seems to be a nice day ahead of us. Started to get in the pool last night, super cold, no good. Been walking earlier to avoid trouble. Mostly working. enough for now, weekend rules. scale still isn't transmitting all the data, so recording what I can remember. Life goes on.
