Another non scale victory: Today when I was putting on my deodorant I noticed that my arm jiggle is getting better. And t-shirts are no longer cutting off circulation to my biceps.

I have a nasty c section Rupsure, aNd I can't do most of the exersizes, can someone with simulAr problem help me by tElling me about hoW you lost weight. I started to put my mind to thinking that whenEver I put something to my mouth, I really have to need that. If my body doesn't need it, I'm not gonna have it. Its like making a pact not to drive and text! Lol
