Happy Saturday All!
Forced ~off~ day ... no cardio, no weights, nothing. I should have scheduled off days, we all need breaks - so this is probably welcome by my 46 year old body - but i typically feel a little guilty not doing *something*.
Forced off as it is drizzly/cold, and this is my weekend with my kids, so i don't usually go to the gym and take time away from being with them. and i have a full house with wife and stepson back in town after a week gone as well, so plans today include some lunch, catch a movie, and relaxing a bit. though, and some folks will relate, having that alone time is critical and it can be a bit of an adjustment when everyone is back all at once. shell shock. :)
