I'm in the middle of a fat fast, day 2. Two more days to go. I am hoping to lose 3 or 4 lbs. That would put me to 205! I can't wait. Fasting causes my hands and feet to be cold.. so I'm chilly. Got my hoodie, and booties on, not helping.

Do you supplement with apple cider vinegar? I'm taking it now four times a day.

yes.. i consume acv but only twice a day. one tbsp dilute in one mug of water. so far i think acv give me lots of benefit and prevent bloating

I recently upped my intake of ACV, 1T four times a day. I agree with the help with bloating. A friend convinced me to try it as she seems to be steady with her weight loss, part of her change was adding ACV.
