How are the knees buddy? Speed rope working out for you?

Thanks guys!! My left knee has always been fine. I even did a few pistol squats with it the other day just so see if I could. I cant even start to go down into a pistol on my right leg due to pain. I am managing though, went down in weight on a lot of my lifts and when up in reps until my elbow tendons can heal. Im only doing box squats now, with more reps and less weight. It is feeling betetr though. I also started taking the super cissus two days ago. I hope it will help as well. The speed rope is killer. I love it! I have worked it into my warm ups and I am getting a lot better. To knock out 100 reps, right now I have to restart about 4-5 times. One time I did it in 3 tries. My goal is to be able to do 100 without messing up.

Good goal! I'm trying to get faster; funny thing is that my wrists are whats slowing me down, not my foot work.

LOL Chad. I'm not even good enough yet to know what's messing me up! It's a whole other ball game compared to a regular rope. I will get it though!
