I've gone almost two weeks without artificial sweeteners. It's getting easier, but having unsweetened coffee is not exciting. I want to try and see if I lose weight better without these ingredients. Not easy being a good girl. I'm happy I'm 211, this is 2 lbs down for my bouncing around 213. Can't wait to get out of the 200's. I have a gym membership, I think I should use it. Except I'm so lazy!
