Morning weigh in of 215.8 is a little perplexing after hitting my calorie, sodium, and exercise targets yesterday. Will target 1600 calories today. Finally a weekend at home with no guests so I will get in my post 16:8 workout and hopefully back to 210 or less.

Sometimes the numbers on the scale are a mystery, but it's just a blip in time. You're on the right track, 210 and downward is right around the corner.

Hey Draglist - I came across some of your posts a few weeks back and I think your journey has been fantastic.
