Not sure what's up here except the scale. I didn't eat a whole lot yesterday, I did some easy treadmill, and I had *cough* stomach issues that kept me home. Just interesting. Water and fat. blob went down a tad, but holding. I would have expected water to be down at least. fun stuff. cramps in my calves last night, was weird, will get some potassium into me and keep drinking water.
Note: I forgot to adjust the weight, it went to 165, that's good enough.
