Woke at 218.7, down 2.2 from yesterday. This completes the December fasting mimicking diet. I lost 6.7 pounds this week, mostly water weight, but that has to come before fat loss! Happy holidays! UPDATE: That 10am omelet kept me going until 4pm. Weighed in at 219.4 before eating something.
