Super early weigh-in, pre-everything, just logging it and moving on.
Treadmilled last night due to rain, wasn't a great one, kept losing my center track and going off to one side or the other which is super annoying. Might spin today instead, mix it up. Hoping it clears enough to walk tonight. It is rather chilly for here at 49 right now. Thought it was going to be an easy day, hardly. Started fast and furious and there is a ton to get done.
Blob notched up, muscle kinda holding, water down because it's cold and I don't drink tea the same way I drink water. Freezing out in my little office. Watching Norwegian train videos this morning to go with the wintery feel of the day. Gonna swap my sneakers for boots in a little bit, I was dressing in the dark and these are not warm enough.
I need to refocus starting this weekend and get my act together. I need to add more veggies back into my life and I need to ask my mom to quit bringing me random food that she buys on sale. I also need to explain to her that a bag of meatballs that's half meat and half sauce packet isn't really any kind of good deal. Just gets me off track and this is a challenging part of the year all by itself. I've already decided we're not going out to eat this weekend. I need to catch back up. I tossed the sauce without even opening it. The meatballs are uncooked, so they went back into the freezer. Of course there's no separation of calories between the meatballs and the sauce. I'll just have to weigh and guess.
