I think I'm going to try and recreate this one since it's totally hit and miss on being in stock and really, it's not that hard, I'm just lazy. it's the ginger sauce that makes me love it so much. it's just cauliflower, peas, peppers, corn and ginger sauce, which is what I love about it.

Oh you didn’t offend. I’ll need to figure out the ginger sauce. It’s very subtle. I’m guessing fresh ginger, maybe some lime juice, soy sauce and i don’t know what else. I like to add Vietnamese five spice to this particular mix, so will probably throw that in there. A few drops of sesame oil. We’ll see what hits me that day. I have half a dozen Meyer lemons to use, too. So…
