Up again. I keep losing and gaining the same .6 lbs. Not so sure that weighing everyday is the right thing to do. Jury still out on that. Added more water. Made sure to drink 2 full glasses this morning. My goal is to get at least the minimum of 64 ounces in by the end of the day.
Did not sleep well again. Had trouble with pain in my knees a little bit. Not like the past few days. So hopefully the weather will be cooperating with me again.
Walked 125 rounds on the walkway today. That seemed to add almost 100 calories burned. I'll test it tomorrow and see if that is true.
Still staying with the clear liquids and the full liquids. I can feel my pouch more. The cereal is helping with the constipation I think. I sure hope so. Otherwise, I'm going to have to give it up. Too many carbs.
The increase in water should help with all things. I hope.
I don't seem to be making any progress. I just want to give up and be lazy. But John did point out that I haven't gained. So in some small way, I guess that is progress.
