I've been a good girl! But only for two days...LOL. August was one year of low carb, high fat. I lost 34 lbs. But I took a break this August and gained eight lbs back. September is my re-dedication to reaching my goal weight. I started intermittent fasting again. I got burnt out on fasting, but it worked for me so I am pushing forward and going for it. My weight crept up to 221. My menu in place. I have my fasting days all set, and my fat fasting days set. I'm excited to see what I can do from now to October first! <3

Thanks Kathy, I woke up ONE lb lighter today than yesterday.. so my first fast was a success. :) ITs good to feel like I am standing on two feet.
