Good morning, all. Hope everyone is well. My hubby sabotaged my workout yesterday! Not in a bad way...My daughter and I went out really late to go run and he called me worried about us being out in the dark (a good friend of ours was sexually assaulted during a run---about a year ago). So I came home....He went to Wendy's to get me something to eat...instead of eating that hamburger and fries I was craving, I had the Spicy Asian chicken salad! Will be at a musical tonight, so I most likely won't hit the gym again until tomorrow morning....MUAH!
