Thank you everyone for your words of encouragement from my previous journal entry! It means such a lot that others understand and support X
I've turned my lack of weight movement around somewhat: for 6 whole days I've weighed exactly the same 103.2. Imagine the chemistry that is going on within our bodies to hold that weight so precisely, the hormones, sodium, blood, collagen, just amazing how it does that. Today I'm very pleased to report that 0.1 kg has been lost FOREVER! This equates to just over a half standard wineglass of water. Still it is a success :)
This morning I had my coffee without milk. It's truly wasn't that bad!
Two things made me think seriously about this, firstly the milk I have been having, which I like, has added omega 3, which I thought was brilliant - that was until I realised the milk was skimmed with added sunflower oil and fish oil. The fish oil was okay, but the sunflower oil yuck :( Truly don't need this! Also, it could be that I am lactose intolerant as mentioned to me.
I am continually tweaking for success!
BTW - Last evening's lessons was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjUdtK6ukqY
Youtube is brilliant - I just reach out and always find something that confirms I'm on the right track, or something inspiring!
Have a great and successful day everyone! Hugs!

It is all about tweaking the mix! I have spent the past four years tweaking and adjusting, each time moving a little closer to more balance and better health. As long as you are listening to the information our body provides us, you are on the right path!

Either you are going to "disappear" or that 103.2 is incorrect. Hoping you meant 203.2. You are going to do fine, because you and Yduj57, stay on top of what's relevant in our new way of eating. I am staying close to my buddies here.

Thanks yduj57, think your suggestion about lactose just might be working :-)
C67241, lol, wish I was 203 pounds :-) I was talking about kilos.
Thank you so much for your support, feeling really great about this!:-)

I, too had to let go of heavy cream for awhile. But that was not my culprit. I guess it just takes time for the weight to drop, but the inches are really flying off.
