Working with the coach, figured out that I need to get a good relationship going with a gym of my choosing. I think I settled for the one I am in just to get going back to the gym, and now it's time to pick one that appeals to me as someplace I will go to 3 or 4 times a week. Food: made a smoothie but it didn't appeal to me, so I split it and added chia seeds and will have that later when the seed gelatinize (two servings). Ate trail mix with cottage cheese and coffee for breakfast. Lunch: leftover BBQ chicken and some fries, maybe zucchini slices with fatfree herb dressing (Jaime Oliver's recipe). Dinner: more chicken, plus a veggie bowl. Snack was frosting mixed with peanut butter. Exercise: going dancing tonight! Not sure how strenuous, it's a square dance class so there might be a lot of standing around.
