I am actually starting all over again. I have lost and gained and eaten and not eaten and I'm just really frustrated. I'm going to relax and be guided by my RDI and learn to eat responsibly. It's so hard!

Don't be frustrated, just move on and remember to log all of your food...it helps to know what you are consuming in a day and then you can adjust up or down.
Do not beat yourself up over a slip or slide....Just know you can do it... :)
