Well, yesterday hit 99 degrees (37 C). That was rather... challenging. Fortunately, the living room and kitchen are on the north side of the house so everything was closed up on the south (bedrooms etc) and that kept it to about 75 (24) in the house. Not too bad. It's supposed to be a similar type of day. I guess I'll get the berries picked now.
I have DOMS right now. (Delayed onset muscle soreness.) I think It was from two hours of full squats at the low huckleberry bushes 2 days ago. Of course it's in my butt. :|

99 degrees is pretty hot for that far North isn't it? We were in the comfortable 80's here around DC with lots of rain, over 6 inches in some places.

Yeah. It's awfully hot for up here. Not sure I believe in GW but something's happening with the weather. I think it's cyclical. Most people here start to whine at about 24 (75) degrees. At 99 degrees, I'm whining with them. Nobody has air conditioning. Of course it can get down to about 5 (40?) degrees at night, so at least you can sleep. Did the a$$ to the grass squats with no weights picking the berries, then the next day I was doing actual squats (yesterday). Today I'm paying. I think it's the combination. I don't know about doing more squats. I'm actually still kind of recovering from the events of last month. It'll happen.

Wow, that is some extreme weather. I live in Southwestern Ontario and it hasn't topped 25 hardly at all this summer. Take it easy in that heat!

We are freezing for August in Missouri, it's supposed to be high ninety's or 100's and the high today was 81. Feels like fall, too early. It's actually comfortable, though keeping the air on due to allergies. After 10 inches of rain last week the mold count is on the way up.
So squats help gluts, love it. My saggy butt needs help. Definitely don't want that frog ass. Have been doing them on 2 challenges.
