I need to find out how to make a good-for-you breakfast salad. Actually one of the ones my dad makes for dinner sometimes. It *is* a beautiful salad.

heavy on the spinach, some kale salad mix, cardini's Caesar salad dressing along with blueberries and some crunchy stuff. "fritters" are air fried chicken breast nuggets. easy staple. crunchy enough I don't want croutons or anything like that. blueberries and salty dressing ended up tasting pretty good. just needed a mix up.
