Mamita, I braid my hair and I can tell my braids are getting skinnier every day. A bun is smaller too. I wish I could sell all the hair I’m losing. You mentioned that you got a very short haircut when this happened. I bet you looked cute! I should do that too, I know it would jump start the hair growth, but I’m not emotionally ready for short hair yet😢

Murf😭 easy for you to say… you are devastatingly gorgeous with your silver hair😂😂 I don’t want to color my hair ever again. Would you support me?? I receive tons of negative remarks but I’ll soldier on…

You look so lovely. I’m sorry about your stress and hair loss. My hair falls out in large quantities but somehow there always seems to be enough left on my head anyway

I am 47 with salt and pepper hair. I don't dye it. it actually is hereditary for me.

Yes you're probably right but I don't know how thick it was before stills look good you don't have to go too short maybe 2 to 3 inches. I went shoulder length and it's grown so much since I was afraid to cut it because I thought it wouldn't grow back or atleast not at the same speed but it does help give it some life and get rid of damaged split ends to promote growth.

Cindylynn, but you are happy!! Why are you losing hair? Please eat all the bread you bake, whole grain, and jump start the hair growth now. When is your wedding date? 👰♀️💒💍

Yeah! What in the world is happening?! My hair is falling out like I'm shedding. Is that a weight loss thing? I dyed my hair a month ago for the first time to cover up the grays, and my hair has been falling out since. I'm not sure whether it's the dye or diet or I am shedding and will grow a nice new coat for the winter. I hope it's the last one. The wrap is very nice. Goes well with your style.

Dear heart;
Please do not be discouraged. I also experienced hair loss, but mine was during my depression, binging and massive weight gain. With proper care, nutrition and healthy practices; I have now managed to grow it back down to my waist. Please be kind and gentle with yourself and make sure you are getting plenty of proper nutrition, exercise, rest, oxygen, sunshine and unconditional love.
Be well and you are stunningly beautiful 🙏❣

@yfritz you’re so sweet. Yes I am happy. I used to lose more hair in 2016 after my divorce when I felt more unhappy and had ptsd. A doctor told me to start taking vitamins to slow the hair loss and I did. It helped a lot but I feel like I still shed everywhere. I guess my hair is just so long these days. We don’t have a wedding date set, we have been engaged for a while now but postponed the plans until we have more $/less pandemic. I am hoping to start planning soon

Eyesofblue, it’s caused by malnutrition or rapid weight loss. Too much stress on the body and hair follicles go dormant. We need vitamins and minerals!! My nails are not as brittle now that I eat muesli. Don’t forget vitamins and minerals, don’t be like me!

Don't dye it, I only dye my hair twice a yr every 6 months because my hair is too thin and it causes it to break plus my scalp becomes dry and scaly. Natural is better for your hair especially while it's falling out.

You look beautiful Fritz and I love your hair. BTW, hair grows out from the roots, so cutting your hair may lighten the weight and make it look fluffier, but it will have no impact on hair growth or thickness. I love the silver in your hair, do what pleases YOU! 🍁

Flow&fitness, thank you for the kind words and support. I’ve gone through this before so I’m not as panicky this time. I’ll focus on self care like you said. Thank you again.

Cindylynn we can still look at dresses now, that’s the best part🤩🤩! But I understand, you want to save $ and wait til the pandemic is over. I understand… I was counting on your virtual bouquet toss💐🤣
