Tulipgirl, I looked at your July 20 foods [I never look at the days that have less than 1000 calories because it usually has missing meals] and everything looks good. The dinner is a little high in calories, but you did not have snacks after dinner, so it's okay.

If it was me, I would not eat cheese unless it was an emergency meal or if I want to stop diarrhea. :(

Thanks Deb! July 20 was a very high calorie disaster day for me but it wasn't as bad as I thought once I entered everything . . . .. I hope I can break my plateau and you are right; I should do away with cheese. It's the worst thing I have . .. .. .
