I've lost a total of 24 lbs since starting my diet in May. Yay me!
Starting working on getting in to shape to run. Worked on core exercises on Monday and yesterday did some high intensity interval training on the treadmill. I've been making my workouts shorter but at a higher intensity to get more impact. I'll have to monitor my blood glucose to see how well this new exercise routine impact it.
