It's not that I am doing bad, I'm just not doing as well as I would like to be doing. I stayed under my calorie limit and my weight has been fluctuating stupidly. I don't even know that stupidly is a word, but that is what it's doing. When I look at where I was June 6th, I am down 1 lb only. This is what happened when I teetered at 182 and I hated, hated, HATED 182. Looking back I teetered that for almost a month as well. I think at that point I increased my calories by 100 to see if that made a difference and it seemed to get me moving again. Now BFing is on the decline so I figured I could probably deduct the 300 "freebie" for that to see if that helps. I'm only .2 up from my lowest on this journey of 175.8. I don't know if I will be up again tomorrow taking me away from being soooo close, I will expect that I will be and if I am not I'll take it as a gift. I know "that time" should be here soon, I'm actually curious if I'm late even because I have been thinking it should be right around the corner. Will see.

Just remember that the more resistance training that you do, the more muscle that you build and the more efficient your body gets. Make sure you do a weight workout at least twice a week. good luck.
