so yesterday was an evil day. My family decided they wanted to have fast food for dinner around me. i was soo tempted but i told myself no go in the refrigerator and make yourself a spinach salad, so thats what i did and i sat separate from everyone it broke my heart but im doing this to have a better life style and feel good about myself. on that side note i noticed that my mom is looking slimmer herself and shes in a nursing home she eats snacks n everything that isnt so healthy but she still is losing weight what gives. She is closing out of the 200s and im far from it. Im proud of her though. Lets hope today is a better day
