As I have heard, there is always stress! Best bet is to lean into it and make it work FOR me not AGAINST me! My muscles still hurt from class Monday. I have another class tonight and I know it's gonna hurt to do it and hurt tomorrow too. This will make me realize that I am getting my money's worth out of that gym! So much stress happening. I am trying to keep moving but I have to sit to work. Very antsy today. Not sure why. Hope you are have a good day!
