One of the mistakes I made when I first embarked on my weight loss/strength training program is that I didn't take measurements. I may go ahead and get the Health O Meter HDTM012DQ-69 Digital Tape Measure now that I've started a three month whole body conditioning program with dumbbells. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any place on FatSecret where you can record measurements. If I'm wrong about that, please let me know.
