The way I eat, I am never hungry, but I lose slowly, so it is not appealing to a lot of people. It works for me. I figured out that I was drinking less water, so now I drink tea or water with meals and between meals. After breakfast I drink my whey protein. After lunch I have my sugar free drink (like Kool-Aid) mixed with 1 tablespoon chia seeds. [Let chia seeds soak in your drink about 10 or 15 minutes and stir it up before drinking.] After my dinner I drink sugar free "fiber therapy" 100% natural psyllium husk fiber mixed in a glass of green tea. [Make the tea before dinner so it can cool off or add a couple cubes of ice.] About an hour after dinner I drink a tall glass of iced tea which is two cups of liquid.

That's great you are getting so much water. I have to admit I don't drink enough in the winter but summer is no problem!

:) thanks, everyone. I mix the psyllium husk fiber in room temperature tea. I make the tea before dinner and add a couple cubes of ice to cool it off. I suspect the psyllium would become a solid if you put it in hot tea. It might become sugar free orange flavored jello. haha

Your steady pace is to be commended and is a mark of your consistency. And that is one heck of a fiber routine. Good for you. :)

Thank you, everyone! diehard, I laughed so much reading your comment! :) Bella, I will have to try the chia seeds in my oatmeal. Thank you for the tip! I read about adding chia to yogurt, and I will try to remember that, too.
