Ended up being a bit disappointing today. Ate the salad, left the avocado, gutted another piece of quiche. They can't all be perfect, but it makes the ones that are good more appreciated.

Another good looking salad. I don't buy avocado anymore, can't stand getting a bad one after paying so much. I will get premade guacamole at the market or anytime it's offered at a restaurant.

Becky, your comment convinced me to try this "wholly guacamole" thing today. supposed to be only avocado and salt. we'll see. I've been tossing too many avos but I can't stand them when they're gross and stringy.
