The week has been very long. Sweltering here for 3 days, stuck in the house so I don't die from the heat. Almost 100 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 days. Now it's cooler but humid! Trying to get my head around going away for vacation - so much to do today and tomorrow though, including packing. Set up my food plan but going to a friend's house for dinner. Hopefully won't overeat but I will be eating more than is planned here. Maybe I will have half a sandwich instead of a whole.
