Thank you, Maud. So kind of you to say that. I just want to remind myself that the old adage to "Celebrate - don't Berate" means I have to be kind to myself, too. Many times we are harsher toward ourself than we would be with others. I used to punish myself when I thought I had been bad. No more self punishment. I forgive myself for the past. I only have the future, so I am learning to be a more positive person.
