Recent activity is through the roof. Dropping activity tomorrow as I plan to rest my digestive system most of the day. Set a goal to have 10k step before leaving office. Goal Achieved. Got home after being away from house for 12.5 hours, changed clothes and added another 6000 steps. Will end the day a little over 20,000. Today, I made it count. Let's go!!!
