Weekly weigh in is tomorrow. I set a goal on June 7th that starting with June 4th, I would lose 1 lb a week. Based on the goal, tomorrow's weight should 235.8 Last night's dinner... SPECTACULAR!!!!! Truthful logging will set you free. I have a food scale at home and in my office drawer. I GOT THIS!!!!

You are so tough Ches! I have a food scale at home and at work. I am at the point, where I sometimes take it with me to the restaurant so I can accurately measure how much food I really eat. It is becoming a tick, but I am determined! Whatever it takes LOL
