The diet bet is working! Wed morn I got up for the gym at 6AM, before work. That evening, my Veronica Mars DVD came in and I was up to 12:30 getting my marshmallow on. :-) I was tired & sore all day Thurs. I STILL went to yoga at 4:30PM. I did not quite make it my be-otch, but I did as much as I could. I was extremely exhausted and sore yet I went grocery shopping and picked up Subway for dinner. And I still got up at 6AM this morning to exercise! Yay ME!
