Deborahg382's Journal, 26 April 2014

So my lowest weight was 215.8 lbs recently. I've seen it once five days ago. So even though it "says" I lost weight (cause my weight went up to 217.8) I'm currently 216.6 lbs- I don't feel happy because I want the loss to be anything after 215.8 lbs. I keep seeing 217-218 lbs. I'm impatient. But do you get what I mean?!

Very sympathetic, Deborah. Have faith and keep doing what you know works. The weight will come off!

You have to try to distract your mind with other things while you are making this effort or time will seem like it doesn't move. Trust me! :P When you distract yourself with other stuff, you will get results without even noticing. There is no other way. But don't worry because you will definitely get there. You might get unexpected drops in weight periodically and, drop after drop, you will now be very different from how you were at the beginning. It's just a very gradual process.

Gradual and not in a straight line :)

The best part of all journeys I've taken were never as expected. But having a plan for where I want to end up has never hurt, either. Keep going and enjoy your adventures.
