1 happy guy. I've truly discovered over the last few weeks that the enemy for me when it comes to weight is salt. My calories are well under control, but salt - processed foods (read ham MM) and fast foods - is my main problem. Have a great day all... or y'all if puhpine is reading this.

But I love salt. It's the enemy? Sure? Just shoot me.

You can still lean out if you eat salt, but you will retain SO MUCH WATER it makes it more difficult to lose 'weight', and it will bloating that makes your abdomen look swolen. I've been guilty of eating some sodium lately and my weight has gone back up a bit, but I added another notch to my belt this morning, so I don't care about a little bit of water!
