I've noted when I was eating 1600 calories and more I was losing at a nice clip. I lowered my calories to 1200 and I am barely losing. So I have GOT to switch it back up and eat 1600 calories again. I fast and feast so my feed days have got to go up... this slow weight loss it killing me.

My mom went on a big diet and lost over 40 pounds for a cruise when I was a kid, and I still remember her complaining about her plateau and how she didn't break through and start losing weight again until she increased her calories. Go figure.

It's definitely puzzling! :P It definitely looks like your metabolism is low. The only thing I can think of is light exercise to keep it high :P
