Just finished my first weight lifting workout! I AM PUMPED! I feel great now, although I am sure it will hurt later lol. I am excited to begin THIS part of my journey!

That's great. Weightlifting is the best exercise for metabolism and weight loss. Be prepared for muscle soreness. Take as many days off to recover as needed.
