I've done a lot of changing during this process of losing weight. I can remember before now that the clock would dictate when I would eat. I'd say "oh it's noon, lunch time." Or "look its 5:30pm dinner time." But now I rely on my internal clock. I wait to FEEL hungry then I eat.
I think fasting so often has shrunk my stomach because I don't consume as much as I was before. All these little changes have made it possible to drop weight. Next time you see the clock and its lunch "time" or dinner "time" ask yourself, "am I really hungry?" ;)

Yep, eating because it is time isn't going to help! And I know a lot of people prefer 6 small snacks/small meals a day works, but I just end up adding calories. Keeps me fuller, but makes me fatter!
