Good evening, FS Warriors! Just thought I'd take a moment to pause and reflect on the indulgences of this weekend - because that's about what this weekend amounted to. Well, I did get some work done. Got up this morning about 7 and did my run; but that's when yesterday's indulgences decided to have a celebration, so midway through the second interval, I answered the call of Mother Nature, and finished up my run. Then, after church, it was off to Monicals Pizza for, you guessed it, the Family Pleaser, thin crust pizza, salad and a pitcher of diet coke. We took the Pastor and his wife out, and you know, good conversation leads to good eating, and the rest is history. Felt so bad about it later, I went on a half-hour bicycle ride around town. I can assure you that I did not burn off all the calories I ate at lunch though; my town isn't big enough for that! I'll just have to call this a spike weekend. Let's see, am I having more spike weekends than regular weekends? I'll have to think about that over dinner tonight. I'm still running, and I'm still serious about this weight loss thing, just got a little carried away - again. All is not lost, tomorrow is another day, and it's going to be easy to say I did better than I did yesterday. Yay! Celebrating already! OK, got to go. Toodles!

Ah, you and I were in Spike City together this weekend, hmmm? It's been a while since I dined out two days in a row with absolutely no idea of the 'real' nutritional stats on my meals - just over estimating for recording and letting the chocolate chips fall where they may. Here's to getting back on the wagon this week.

We all have those moments, too bad the most affordable places often have "family" style and size treats. Your weight history shows you are heading in the right direction and it is nice to have some indulgences. Sounded like it was very nice. I know you can get back on track and thanks for being a role model in the exercise department.
