Nice. I backed way off the stabilizers, threw in a couple eggs and another banana. Perfect texture flavor, but it wouldn't set. Kept throwing in ice until I overflowed the blender. Thoughts?

I never use ice. if you're doing chunky monkey, freeze at least part of your bananas instead of ice. that's what makes it taste more like ice cream. I can post a pic of my mix pre-blend from awhile back. I left this particular blend chunky, but it I take it to smooth it's full of air and I can belch the alphabet, pretty sure. because I'm all about keeping it classy.
