Katsolo — when I bought my condo many years ago I had super heavy duty storage racks installed on the two long walls of the garage and I still run out of room to put stuff. And, I rent a storage locker for seasonal stuff like Christmas and sports gear and camping. Slowly going through everything and thinning out things I don’t use often or at all..

If I'm only making the protein ice cream, Shrewd, would it really be so bad? Sneaking in fruits, maybe even veggies, made to order, like Coldstone. Jimmie, I originally learned technique from Vitamix commercials because the order is so important. milk/yogurt/cottage cheese on the bottom, powders next, frozen stuff on top. then, you have to listen to the motor to gauge whether it's chunky, smooth or fluffy. I made the mango mix above fluffy, but I do love the chunky mix, too. the guar gum or xanthan really do make a difference if you want to go to the fluffy place. I don't always use it, and I prefer a solid pinch to a full 1/4tsp. I don't use ice, only frozen fruit, and I only do a 1/2 batch to come in at ~250 calories and 2 cups of finished ice cream. I have a basic Vitamix, I've used a Ninja and it did fine, and I've made enough margaritas in my friend's blendtech that I think that or any heavy duty blender can get you there.

Popscicles of every possible kind are great. I make dozens of different kinds in all sizes and shapes of molds. Everyone has a favorite and it’s easy to do. For creamy ones I use full fat plain yogurt as the base
