Had a low calorie day and ended at under 1000 calories again before my treadmill workout. Could not get warm in a 72 degree room and decided that two sub 1000 calorie days in a row were not going to support a treadmill workout. Ate another 700 calories and then hopped on the treadmill to burn 735. Will eat about 1000 tomorrow, but will eat dinner out on Thursday and have a happy hour on Friday so need to save some up. Will adjust on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday with whatever I need to do to finish the month with at least a 1000 calorie per day deficit.
