Saturday is a day off all dieting. Binged on chocolate, crisps and nuts last night while watching telly. Did I enjoy it? ...............No. The question is: if you are not enjoying something, why are you doing it? Food for thought.

Funny to see another Buffy on here :) As for your question - it is the addictive quality of sugar & carbohydrates. I do the same thing (more often than I care to admit. Looks like today's menu will be a healing one.

Maybe start with a 'free meal' instead of a whole day. Or you could also plan a higher calorie day, just have a calorie limit in place and log your foods ahead of time. Binging on junk is an old habit, and it takes a long time to kick those habits but you will get there. It wont always be so hard :-) Think ahead for next weekend, plan some things youve really missed and incorporate them reasonably into your day/meal. Always remember how nasty binges feel. Now that thats behind you, leave it there and have a good week!
