My roommate is normally at his folks' for Easter, with or without me and the dog (I am Jewish and don't celebrate it). But this year he and his sister have been trading off caregiving so he is home. We decided to try this local Mexican street food place for delivery. Wow we were impressed, and everything was so delicious, I was briefly sad we didn't try before I got my ample tushie back on the wagon. We have definitely found a new favorite taco place.

The good news is first I was going to have a chicken taco, cheeseburger and fries, but then I decided to start with half (pictured) and I ended up not eating the cheeseburger because I was very satisfied. I "overcharged" myself for the yummy fries too. I also had more egg bake and I put together a salad to augment. Roommate got steak and chorizo tacos that he said were through the roof. I fasted 24 hours.
