Still not so hot on my calories but this is a process. I really appreciate all the feedback - I just need time to hit a grocery store to get some of these great ideas. Thanks all!

800 - step
930 - banana and nature valley bar
1200 - peanut butter and banana sandwich and applesauce cup, 2 Hershey
bliss chocolates and 2 rolos
300 - 3 Hershey bliss chocolates and 3 rolos
600 - grilled chicken salad
700 - sugar free jello cup
1030 - cup of life cereal and peanuts

Total 1638 calories

What does FS say is your RDI? I find it really hard to stay under 1600 so normally that's what i'll eat.
