HAH! Even with my monthly "gift" from good ole Mother Nature, I am STILL seeing a drop on the scale....GO ME! I am really feeling proud of myself for abstaining from cravings (total sweet tooth going on with these hormones!). I know that if I cheat, I am not cheating the diet, I am cheating MYSELF out of my goals, and I am bound and determined to stick with the plan I have laid out. I am beginning to feel like this is less of a diet and more of a lifestyle with each and every day that passes. Diets fail, lifestyle choices are for LIFE. I ordered some coconut flour last nite and am very excited for it to arrive so I can start experimenting with it. Hope everyone has a very blessed day! Happy (almost) spring everyone!!
