So beautiful; I do love daffodils, always had them in my yard in my other life. You have a lovely back yard Br_e_co, thanks for sharing. 💛

Wow, backyard?! Marvelous!!! I could/would get lost in my own soul in a yard like that! Meditation must be surreal in that oasis. You definitely have a true-to-life heaven-on-earth in that paradise. All that's missing are the swans and the Koi-fish in the pond.... Divine atmosphere for the spirit and for decluttering/abolishing the cobwebs of the mind

So beautiful! Looks like time to get your patio furniture out... But remember to have the pillows perfectly adjusted for our FS wifey! 😊 We have sunshine today after pouring rain and wind and a bunch of hail yesterday. I can't wait until true spring comes to stay!!!!

hey melissa - good to see you post. thank you. we have brought out the patio furniture already, hosted friends by the fire pit - and am super aware of getting them pillows in order for wifey if i ever take another photo of it. anyway, the yard looks lush but we are fighting an invasive "buttercup" (lesser celandine) that has been taking over both the lawn and our garden the past 2 years. so it may look green and it will bloom full yellow everywhere - but it does crowd out other plants. only way to get rid of it is to apply roundup - which we won't do - just a bit of a pest. it does retreat after it blooms, so that's good. anyway, glad you are getting some sunshine too - and yeah - spring, summer, so ready for it!

Breco, I bet those buttercup are actually beautiful when all in bloom! Nice that you're taking care of the economy system by avoiding round up!

:) bear, you are right, when in bloom, they are actually pretty but they are not a native species here - they are invasive and they spread like wildfire, crowding out more native plants and blooms. but yeah, we won't spray roundup throughout the yard and garden.
