Had some nice treats today including a haircut, a beer, and a low fat ice cream bar after some of Denise's AMAZING salmon. She makes it better than any restaurant I've been to (and I've been to some nice ones). A little high on calories today at 2200 plus but not bad for an indulgence day. Was about to jump back on the treadmill after dinner, but not gonna. I'm starting to get a bit obsessive with that. I did my Spartacus workout this morning and that will do it. Will do at 16:8 fast overnight followed by an hour on the treadmill. I hope that allows me to stay at 210 despite today's calories. I will adjust as necessary on Monday as always. Weighed in before dinner at 214.4. Hard to weigh in lighter than the last hour of a 16:8 fast!
